HRRA Young Professionals Network Partners with Level Green Groups to Revitalize Virginia Beach Community Garden

Virginia Beach, VA – [August 14, 2025] – The Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association (HRRA) Young Professionals Network (YPN) joined forces with the Level Green Civic League and Level Green Outreach to bring new life to the community garden at 1090 Level Green Blvd., Virginia Beach, enhancing neighborhood beauty and fostering a sense of community pride.

From 9:00 a.m. to noon, dedicated volunteers from HRRA and partner organizations worked together to create two large flower beds and two small flower beds, set up a new bench, and install a welcoming garden sign proudly displaying the names of all three organizations that contributed to the project. The fresh plantings and seating area now offer residents a vibrant and inviting space to gather, relax, and connect.

Following the build, a small ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the completion of the project. The ribbon was cut by Rachael Podruchny, YPN Committee Member; Eric Carey, Level Green Civic League; and Laura Feairheller, Level Green Outreach.

The effort reflects HRRA YPN’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and neighborhood revitalization, with more volunteer initiatives planned for the future.
