HRRA Hosts “It Takes a Region: Southside City Update” to Spotlight Regional Growth and Housing Zoning
Chesapeake, VA — The Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association (HRRA) recently welcomed approximately 50 members to its “It Takes a Region: Southside City Update,” a dynamic forum focused on regional growth and the critical role of housing zoning in shaping the future of Southside Hampton Roads.
City leaders from across the region shared updates on their municipalities’ development plans and emphasized the importance of zoning policies in supporting housing accessibility and economic progress. Featured speakers included:
