As a special benefit to our association members, we have intentionally priced our professional services below industry standards. HEADSHOTS
Headshot Photography Session
- $50 per person (No sitting fee)
- Three poses
- Choice of Backdrop: White, black, RGB color backlit, faux concrete, or greenscreen
- Basic Editing: Color, contrast, and clarity adjustments
- Three high-resolution digital images (one per pose).
- Complimentary quick Zoom Consultation for Q&A and session planning
*Requires five business day turnaround for finished photos to be delivered
Additional $25 for photo retouching (skin softening, blemish removal, teeth whitening, hair cleanup) and may require additional days to complete, includes all three photos.

VIDEO PRODUCTION
All videos require a zoom consultation two weeks prior to filming and a finalized script supplied to HRRA no later than 3 days before the shoot.
1-3 minute, *unedited video: $300
Traditional, single camera interview style shoot professionally lit, and sound recorded. Includes up to 30 minutes of studio time, teleprompter, one vignette or backdrop and footage recorded in your choice of 1080p, 4k or 6k and available as LOG or Rec709. Client leaves with raw footage recorded on studio provided SD card.
*Script to be provided by client.
*Separate audio file recording available for an additional $25 and provided on studio supplied SD card.
1-3 minute, edited video: $800
Fully produced and edited, single camera interview style shoot. Includes up to 30 minutes of studio time, teleprompter, one vignette or backdrop. Completed video provided in your choice of 1080p, 4k or 6k and available as a digital file or studio provided SD card. Includes sound design, basic lower thirds typography, end title card color correction.
*Script and company logos to be provided by client.
*Requires a turnaround of 10 business days.
30-second, fully produced commercial: $1,200
Professionally produced broadcast quality commercial. Includes up to 1 hr. studio time, multi-camera recording, fully licensed B-roll footage and music, sound design, scene transitions, basic motion graphics, voiceover, and color correction. Completed video provided in your choice of 1080p, 4k or 6k and available as a digital file or studio provided SD card. Script consultation included.
*Company logos and finalized script to be provided by client.
*Required turnaround of 10 business days.
Custom motion graphics (e.g. animated logo): $500 *Additional 5 business days required.
PODCAST PRODUCTION
30-minute, *unedited audio recording: $50 (first person)
Includes 30 minutes of studio time, no editing.
Add $25 for each additional person, up to four.
Client leaves with raw audio recording via digital file or Micro SD card.
30-minute, fully produced audio recording: $100 (first person)
Includes 45 minutes of studio time (edited audio may be less than 30 minutes), fully licensed intro and outro music, as well as edited transcription if desired.
$50 for each additional person, up to four.
Fully produced recording provided via digital file or Micro SD card.
