DPM Criteria

Gross Management/Leasing Fee of at least $145,000. Attendance at two (2) Property Management & Leasing Council meetings and/or Council sponsored educational events during the award year is required.

V. AWARD GUIDELINES

E. 2. Applicants WITHOUT a Related Party Waiver Form are not required to include the HRRA Property Data Form(s) with the application. However, should the application be selected for audit, then the Applicant shall be required to submit to HRRA within (5) days of notice the HRRA Property Data Form(s) from each REALTOR® rm with whom the applicant was affiliated during the awards year, completed in its/their entirety. (See Award Guidelines, Sec. V, E, p. 2 for details.)

VII. RECOGNITION CATEGORIES

INDIVIDUAL: A HRRA member who works alone, with no assistance from another member in any capacity at any time during the awards year, except for the occasional referral fee to or from another HRRA member. An occasional referral is defined as five or less referrals.

Late Application Policy Changes: Late applicants who pay the appropriate application fees, late filing fees, and administrative/processing fee before the final deadline will be processed through the same guidelines as those applications received on time.

All late applications will be audited and must include the Property Data Forms when submitted.

There will be no appeals of late applications.

No applications will be accepted after the final deadline, which is the fourteenth calendar day after the original application deadline.
